Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use hybridone.lk, in line with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022.

What we collect

• Inquiry activity. When you tap a WhatsApp or call button we record the part, the time and a shortened IP address. The last part of your IP address is removed before it is stored, so it cannot be traced back to you individually.
• Nothing else. We do not operate accounts, a cart or a payment gateway, so we hold no passwords and no payment details.

To understand which parts people are looking for, so we can stock them.

How long

Inquiry records are automatically deleted after 12 months.

WhatsApp

When you continue into WhatsApp, your conversation is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
